Join Ranger Kennie in learning how to journal nature. Explore and discover new plants, insects, and wildlife at San Angelo State Park. Program will start at the Chaparral Pavilion and end with a hike along the Chaparral Trail.
Location: Chaparral Pavillion
Distance: Approximately ~0.8 miles, easy, Chaparral Trail
Bring: Water, close-toed shoes, sun protection
Cost: Free with park admission
Entrance fee for the park:
$4 for adults 13 & up.
Free for children 12 & under.
Free for Texas State Park Pass holders.
