• Amp Camp Peak: Elevate your Amp Camp experience with hurdles and core drills, taking your four-square box experience to new heights! This cardio and total body workout will challenge you, keeping you moving and burning calories!
• Ripped HIIT: Experience the pump of your life with our hypertrophy workout. Following traditional splits of Push, Pull, and Legs, this hardcore class will leave you feeling ripped! Each station emphasizes time under tension to enhance muscular strength and endurance and wraps up with a mix of isometric drills on the turf. You’ll feel the burn for days!
• P3 Pilates: Power, Precision, and Progression are the focal points of this one-of-a-kind Pilates workout.
