SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Concho Valley PAWS has announced that is urgently seeking fosters for multiple puppies after the litter's mother was unable to provide effective care.
According to a public statement issued by CVPAWS, "the stress of the shelter" caused the puppies' mother to "not be able to produce enough milk."
The puppies are aged at approximately 3-4 weeks old. CVPAWS said that all supplies and medical care for the puppies will be provided for those who foster.
"As the shelter continues fill, we need fosters for these puppies to allow them to thrive and grow in a safe and calm environment," CVPAWS said.
The organization stated that the dogs can be adopted "in pairs of two if needed." Those who wish to foster the puppies can apply at cvpaws.org/foster or email [email protected] to ask questions.
"Please consider giving these babies a safe place to land while they await their forever homes!" CVPAWS said.
