SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Retired U.S Navy veteran Annette Clendenon is in attendance tonight at Military Night at the San Angelo rodeo, where she highlighted the vibrant activities of the Concho Valley All Veterans Council. According to Clendenon, the councils' initiatives are making it a focal point for veteran activities across the state of Texas. She emphasized the diverse range of events, from golf tournaments to fundraisers, with a significant focus on securing the Vietnam Memorial Wall, marking it as the council's paramount project.

Speaking passionately about the council's calendar, Clendenon noted a busy schedule from March to December, filled with community engagements and initiatives. Despite a brief break from December to March, the council gears up for an intense period of service, thereafter, illustrating their unwavering dedication to supporting veterans year-round.
