SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — First responders were dispatched to 21st Street in San Angelo during the afternoon of Oct. 16 after a fire ignited in a garage.
A Concho Valley Homepage reporter observed multiple first responders and emergency response vehicles, including fire trucks, an ambulance and SAPD patrol cars, in the area of 21st Street.
According to a San Angelo Police Department officer at the scene, the fire originated from a garage in the area. The officer stated that the flames initially threatened a nearby residence.
Firefighters were seen dousing the flames while onlookers watched. The fire has since been extinguished.
