HIGHLIGHTS: Wall girls basketball team hangs on for home win against Sweetwater

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Wall Lady Hawks basketball team defeated Sweetwater 48-40 at home in a District 6-3A matchup Friday.

Wall improved to 10-6 overall and 2-1 in district. Sweetwater dropped to 9-9 and 1-2.

Katelynn Holtman had a team-high 12 points for the Lady Hawks, including two 3-pointers. Kathrine Lewis had 11.

Wall will compete at the Lubbock Caprock Tournament on Dec. 26-28.
