Amarillo, Texas- The Angelo State women's golf team concluded the opening day of the NCAA West Regional tournament, competing in one round of play on May 5.  

The Quick Hits:  

• The Rambelles ended the first round of play in 14th place out of the total field of 18 teams with a team score of 322.  

• Johanna Öhrling turned in the top score for the Belles, tied for 23rd with a score of 78.  

• Lacey Stevens ended the round tied for 23rd with a round score of 78.  

• Mia Clarke finished the opening day of play tied for 47th with a score of 80.  

• Kelsey Kline concluded her opening round of play tied for 86th with a score of 86.  

• Caitlin Vanderkruk rounded out the scoring for the Belles, tied for 89th with a score of 87.  

The Belles resume play in the NCAA West Regional with the second round of play to take place on May 6.
