San Angelo, Texas- The Angelo State women's golf team is set to compete in the NCAA West Regional tournament in Amarillo, Texas with three rounds of play spanning May 5-7.  

The Course and The Players: 

• The Belles will compete in the 18-team field at the La Paloma Golf Course.    

• Johanna Öhrling, Lacey Stevens, Mia Clarke, Kelsey Kline and Caitlin Vanderkruk will play the course for the Belles.  

• Kara Knight will travel with the Blue and Gold as an alternate golfer.  

Last Time Out:  

• The Belles ended their 2024-25 regular season at the LSC Championship tournament with play spanning Apr. 21-22.  

• The Blue and Gold turned in an eighth-place team performance with an overall score of 931 through the tournament's three rounds of play. 

• Öhrling turned in the best performance for the team, tied for tenth with scores of 75, 75, and 73. 

• Stevens tied for 23rd with an overall score of 230.  

• Clarke tied for 38th with a total score of 238.  

• Kline finished 46th with round scores of 82, 83 and 79.  

• Vanderkruk rounded out the scores for the Belles and finished 47th with an overall score of 245.
