SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — San Angelo first responders were on the scene on Cottonwood Street after three cars collided Wednesday afternoon.

A witness shared that a third vehicle came to a stop in a nearby parking lot after losing kayaks that were on its rooftop.

Concho Valley Homepage staff reports that traffic is backed up to North Bryant.
