SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Wall's former assistant band director was recently sentenced to prison.
According from a press release from the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, Joshua Carroll, Wall's former assistant band director was originally arrested on Tue. May 14, 2024, and charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor.
"During a subsequent investigation, it was determined Carroll was in possession of child pornography and later found to have produced it. Carroll was subsequently re-arrested on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, on a federal detainer and re-booked into the Tom Green County Jail," said the TGSO.
On Dec. 12, 2024, Carroll was in Lubbock, Texas, in court at the George H. Mahon Federal Building and US Courthouse. Carroll was subjected to the Honorable James Wesley Hendrix's decision for his punishment. Carroll was sentenced to 30 years in prison and 20 years' supervised release after release, for the offense of Production of Child Pornography.
