SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) The Angelo State University football team remained unblemished in the Lone Star Conference following a 44-7 win on the road against Midwestern State in Wichita Falls on Saturday.
ASU improved to 5-2 overall and 5-0 in the LSC after a fifth-straight win. Midwestern dropped to 3-4 and 2-3.
The Rams had 392 yards of total offense, compared to 241 for the Mustangs.
ASU will host Sul Ross State for homecoming at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at 1st Community Credit Union Field at LeGrand Stadium.
