SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) The No. 6 Wall Hawks have won six-straight games, but they're not overlooking any of their opponents as they continue pursuit of the District 4-3A Division II title.
Wall is 7-1 overall and 2-0 in district heading into Friday's road game at Grape Creek (3-5, 1-1).
The Hawks steamrolled Coahoma 48-7 at home last week. They've scored 48 points in both of their first two district contests and have allowed a total of just 13.
We talked to head coach Craig Slaughter and wide receiver Briggs Jones on Wednesday.
