SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) Wall High School senior baseball standout Gunnar Dillard made his college plans official on Wednesday when he signed a Division I letter-of-intent with the University of Oklahoma at the Wall gym.
The 6-foot, 195-pounder is primarily known as a catcher, but he's a multi-talented player who can play a variety of positions, including pitcher, infielder and outfielder.
Dillard decided not to play football his senior year so he could focus entirely on the sport he's going to play in college.
We caught up with the Hawks' standout at Wednesday's signing ceremony.
