The Veribest Falcons are enjoying a red-hot start to their 2024 season. The team came into Friday's district matchup versus Garden City with a 9-1 overall record and 1-0 in district play.
Bryce Martin guided the Falcons early on Friday, finding a variety of ways to score. Martin scored the game's first points on a layup, followed by a corner three pointer and then an off-balanced mid-range jumper.
Veribest never looked back for the remainder of the game, holding on for a 51-35 win. The Falcons improve to 2-0 in district and 10-1 overall.
