SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) The Lake View Chiefs used last week's bye to get ready for the most important part of the season when they host Pecos in the District 3-4A opener Friday night at San Angelo Stadium.
The Chiefs and Eagles are both 2-5 on the year.
Lake View wrapped up non-district with a 43-6 blowout at home against Brownfield on Oct. 11. Pecos will try to regroup after a 57-6 loss at home against Shallowater.
We talked to Chiefs head coach Hector Guevara on Tuesday.
