SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — San Angelo prepares for the coldest weather of the season to hit on Sunday.
Stephen Harrison with the Mathis Field National Weather Service in San Angelo reminds everyone that an Arctic front does not necessarily mean there will be precipitation.
"However, if it's much too cold like it is in the artics sometimes it's much too cold for there to be much moisture at all available for any kind of participation down in those areas," said Harrison.
Meteorologists at Mathis Field National Weather Service continue to monitor the cold front as it approaches Texas.
