SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A Ram Jam tailgate party and Military Appreciation Day are in store for the upcoming game day between Angelo State University and Central Washington University.

The football game and game day activities will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2. According to ASU, game day activities include the following:

• 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Ram Jam at the LeGrand Alumni and Visitors Center
• During Ram Jam: Free Concert by Texas country artist Kyle Garrett and southern country/rock band All About Alice
• 6 p.m.: Angelo State University Rams vs. Central Washington University Wildcats in the LeGrand Stadium at 1st Community Credit Union Field

Other activities happening during Ram Jam include performances by the ASU Ram Band and Cheer Team, free food and giveaways. Anyone ages 21 and over who wishes to consume alcohol at the event will need to acquire a free wristband from the wristband stations at Ram Jam. Each individual must present a valid government-issued photo ID to receive a wristband.

Nov. 2 is also ASU's Military Appreciation Day. In observance of the occasion, active-duty military, their dependents, veterans and military retirees will be given free admission to the football game with their military ID.
