SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — On Sept. 14, San Angelo ISD partners with Shannon Medical Center to host a clinic for state-required Immunizations.

The clinic will be held from 9 a.m. through noon at the SAISD District Administration Building, 1621 University Ave. 

According to a news headline on the SAISD website. a parent or guardian must accompany students 5-17 years old and sign consent paperwork before the administration of the immunization(s). Must bring picture IDs, student shot records, and insurance cards. Picture ID must be presented to receive immunizations. Walk-ins are welcomed and no appointment is necessary.
