SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The San Angelo Central girls basketball team dropped a 50-32 decision against undefeated Abilene Wylie Tuesday night at Babe Didrikson gym.

The Lady Bulldogs led 36-20 heading into the fourth quarter.

Central was the District 2-6A co-champion last season and the Lady Cats advanced to the area round of the playoffs. An'Jolique Woodson was promoted from assistant to head coach for this year.

Wylie improved to 6-0. Central dropped to 1-7.
