SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) The No. 1 seeded Angelo State soccer team will face No. 4 seed Midwestern State in the Lone Star Conference Tournament semifinals at 5 p.m. Friday at the LeGrand Soccer Complex.
The Belles are the LSC regular-season champions and they earned the right to host the LSC Tourney semifinals and finals. ASU is 11-1-5 overall and the Belles are on a 15-match streak without a loss.
They will be facing a Midwestern team that is 11-3-5. The Mustangs eliminated No. 5 seed St. Mary's 3-1 in Tuesday's quarterfinals.
ASU and MSU battled to a 2-2 draw in Wichita Falls on Oct. 5.
