Richardson, Texas – The Angelo State softball team will be the third seed in this weekend's Lone Star Conference Tournament in Canyon, Texas, the conference announced last night following the conclusion of the 2025 regular season.
The Rambelles will open the tournament on Thursday at 11 a.m. against sixth-seeded Eastern New Mexico.
The winner of the Rambelles' and Greyhounds' matchup will play the winner of the second-seed UT Tyler and seventh-seed Cameron in the semifinals on Friday at 2 p.m.
The tournament final is scheduled to take place on Saturday at 2 p.m.
The Rambelles went 43-11 this season with a 34-10 mark in conference play. They went 4-0 against ENMU in the regular season.
